Data Deletion

Document version 1.2 — updated 15 October 2026

This page explains how to delete data managed by OMNIA SHIELD SUITE and how to request deletion of remote technical data associated with the app.

1. Data stored on the device

Preferences, counters, local history, analysis results and SOS recordings stored on the device can be removed through functions available in the app, by clearing OMNIA SHIELD SUITE app data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

2. Remote technical data

To operate the Trial, licences, authorised devices, transfers, purchase verification and other authorised OMNIA services, minimised technical data may be processed, such as pseudonymous identifiers, plan or licence status, Trial information and technical purchase-verification data.

This processing does not create remote archives of SMS, email, chat or notification content, photos or videos, or locally generated analysis results. Legal retention, security and proof-of-purchase obligations may require some data to be retained for only as long as necessary.

3. How to request deletion

Send a request to info@omniashield.com or legal@omniashield.it. Provide only the minimum technical information needed to identify a licence or device. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTP), private conversations or unnecessary identity documents.

4. Effects and response times

Deletion may prevent recovery of Trial status, licences, Family slots, transfers or other entitlements technically associated with the device. Requests are verified and handled within the time limits required by applicable law; if more information is needed to identify the data, only what is necessary will be requested.

5. Privacy and contact

For details, see the Privacy Policy and GDPR page. Privacy contact: info@omniashield.com.
