1. Data stored locally

Counters, preferences, local history and analysis results can be deleted directly from the app by clearing the app data in Android settings or by uninstalling OMNIA SHIELD SUITE.

2. Remote technical data

Technical pseudonymous data managed by the License Engine and Firebase may exist for the Trial, licences, transfers and authorised devices.

3. How to submit a request

Send the request to:

Provide only the technical information required to identify the licence or device. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, PINs, private content or complete card details.

4. Effects of deletion

Deletion of remote data may prevent recovery of the Trial, licence, Family slots or transfers associated with the device, except where legal obligations apply or valid proof of purchase is provided.

5. Timeframes and verification

Requests are verified and handled within the time limits required by applicable law. Reasonable verification of identity or of the right associated with the licence may be requested.
