This page summarises the principles applied by OMNIA SHIELD SUITE under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Principles

OMNIA applies lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

Local processing

Call and notification analysis, risk results, counters, preferences and operational history remain mainly on the device. Android permissions are optional and revocable; revocation may disable related modules.

Necessary remote processing

Firebase and the License Engine may process a pseudonymous technical device identifier, plan, licence status, Trial, Family slots, transfer references and technical purchase-verification data. They are not intended to receive notification content analysed locally.

Legal bases

performance of the requested service;
consent for optional permissions and functions;
legitimate interests in security, licence continuity and abuse prevention;
legal obligations.

Processors and recipients

Google Play and Firebase services may act as technical providers under their respective contractual roles. Other recipients are involved only where selected by the user for sharing or where required by law.

Retention

Local data remain on the device until deletion. Licence data are retained to maintain permanent purchased entitlement, manage transfers and prevent abusive reactivation. Support communications are retained as necessary.

Rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. For data stored exclusively locally, users may act directly through the app or Android settings.

Requests, including deletion of remote licence, Trial and device data: info@omniashield.com. Do not send passwords or OTP codes. A complaint may be lodged with the competent supervisory authority.

Children and supervision

Functions concerning minors must be configured by a parent or guardian and must not be used for covert or unlawful surveillance.

International transfers

Google Play and Firebase may carry out international processing under safeguards adopted by those providers. OMNIA does not independently transfer locally analysed content to its own servers.
