Nature and purpose of the service

OMNIA SHIELD SUITE is a modular application designed to support personal and family digital security. It includes tools for calls, SMS, authorised notifications, email, social media, cyberbullying, sensitive content, Young Protection, SOS, statistics and preference management.

The app provides indicators, alerts and preventive tools. It is not an emergency, investigative, medical, legal or public-security service and does not guarantee detection or blocking of every threat.

Local operation and permissions

Core features are designed to operate mainly on the device. Selected modules may locally analyse information made available by Android through notifications and services explicitly authorised by the user.

Operation depends on granted permissions, Notification Access, battery settings, device configuration, Android version and manufacturer restrictions.

Automated assessments and local AI

Rules, classifiers and local models may help identify potential risks. Assessments are probabilistic and may produce false positives or false negatives.

Alerts are not certifications, final decisions or professional advice. Users must review the context before making decisions or taking action.

Modules, plans and availability

Feature availability may depend on the active plan, app version, device and user configuration. Plans may include Free, Basic, Premium and Family options, together with any trial period shown in the app or distribution channel.

OMNIA may update, replace or reorganise features and modules for technical, regulatory, security or product-development reasons.

Intellectual property

The OMNIA SHIELD SUITE name, brand, software, source and compiled code, algorithms, analysis engines, flows, interface, graphics, text, documentation and original materials are reserved to Andrea Merluzzo.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited except where mandatorily permitted by law or applicable licences.

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.

Technical limitations and liability

OMNIA SHIELD SUITE may be affected by operating-system restrictions, Android changes, external services, network, battery, GPS, third-party apps, revoked permissions or manufacturer settings.

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect configuration, failure to update, unavailable external services or exclusive reliance on automated alerts.

Security, privacy and local data

OMNIA follows a data-minimisation and local-protection approach. Users remain responsible for correctly configuring the device, protecting credentials, using the app lawfully and managing any data relating to third parties.
