We can help with configuration, permissions, plans, malfunctions, privacy, security and use of the modules.

Before contacting us

Check that:

the app is up to date;
the affected module is enabled;
the active plan includes the feature;
required permissions are granted;
Notification Access is enabled where required;
battery optimisation is not restricting OMNIA;
network, GPS and notifications are available;
background start is allowed where required by the manufacturer.

Useful information to include

device model;
Android version;
app version;
active plan;
affected module;
approximate date and time of the issue;
steps that reproduce the problem;
error message;
screenshots without personal data, only where genuinely necessary.

Reporting a malfunction

Describe one issue at a time and explain:

what you were doing;
what result you expected;
what happened;
whether the issue can be reproduced;
whether it started after an update or permission change.

Do not send

Passwords, OTP codes, identity documents, conversations, SMS, email, private images, address books, health data, financial information or unnecessary precise coordinates.

Security and vulnerabilities

For potential vulnerability reports, use the support email and clearly write Security report in the subject. Do not publicly disclose sensitive technical details before verification.

Local data and recovery

Support cannot automatically access the device and cannot guarantee recovery of local data deleted, overwritten or removed during uninstalling, cleaning or device transfer.

Response and limits

Requests are assessed according to severity, completeness of information and technical availability. Replies are not legal, medical, investigative or emergency advice.

Emergencies

OMNIA SHIELD SUITE and its support service do not replace 112 or other public emergency services. In immediate danger, contact the competent emergency service directly.
