OMNIA SHIELD SUITE

This notice describes the processing of data connected with the use of OMNIA SHIELD SUITE, following data-minimisation principles and a mainly local architecture.

2. Local-first architecture

Core features are designed to operate directly on the device. OMNIA SHIELD SUITE is not designed to create proprietary servers containing centralised copies of SMS, email, conversations, notifications, call records, contacts, images, videos, location, counters or local-analysis results.

3. Data processed locally

Depending on enabled modules and granted permissions, the app may process caller identifiers, technical information, data available in Android notifications, user-selected contacts, location during authorised SOS functions, voluntarily selected files, settings, counters and classification results on the device.

4. Notification Access

Notification Access is optional and must be deliberately enabled in Android settings. Information made available by the system is used locally only by enabled modules, including SMS, Email, Social, Cyberbullying and Young Protection.

5. Calls, contacts and SOS

Call features may use the call-screening role and information made available by Android. Contacts are used for trusted numbers, authorised recipients and SOS. Location is used only when the user starts or authorises a feature that requires it.

6. AI and local analysis

Local rules and models may classify events as potentially risky. Assessments are probabilistic and may produce false positives or false negatives. They are not legal, medical, investigative or emergency decisions.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Processing may take place to provide requested features, save preferences, manage support, ensure technical security and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases may include performance of the requested service, consent, legitimate interest in technical security and legal obligations.

8. Sharing and third parties

OMNIA does not sell personal data or perform advertising profiling. Data may be transmitted when the user deliberately starts a communication, uses an external service, contacts support or where required by law.

9. Purchases and stores

Purchases, subscriptions, trials, payments, refunds and licence checks are managed by the selected distribution channel, such as Google Play, under its own terms.

10. Retention and deletion

Settings, counters and local results normally remain on the device until the user deletes them, clears app data or uninstalls the app, subject to backups or operating-system limitations.

11. Security

Reasonable safeguards consistent with the local nature of the service are adopted. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect the device and keep the operating system and app updated.

12. Minors

The app is intended for adults. Use by a minor must take place under the supervision and authorisation of a parent or guardian.

13. Data-subject rights

Where applicable, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent by emailing info@omniashield.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

14. Changes

Material changes will be made available in the app and on this page.
